Keep this range clear, and use for Allstar Nodes

  * 192.168.21.240 - 192.168.21.249
    * IAX UDP Ports 
      * 4569 - 4577
    * Supermon Port Forwards to these internal addresses
      * 42110 - 42119

  * hostname : node481480.local
  * IP Address : 192.168.21.240/24

  * IP Address : 192.168.21.241/24
  * iax port : 4570
  * supermon internal 80 / external 42111
